EU nationals: EU nationals do not require a visa to enter the Federal Republic of Germany.
Non-EU Natioanls:
Generally, all other foreigners require a visa for stays in Germany. A visa is not required for visits of up to 90 days in an 180‑day period for nationals of those countries for which the European Community has abolished the visa requirement. Find our whether you need a visa.
Property owners in Germany (as well as their families) obtain multiple entry visa which allows multiple stays in the Schengen area for up to 6 months in a year with multiple entry and exit, as long as the total length of the stay doesn’t exceed 3 months.
The real estate or business owners in Germany can apply for a residence permit. The municipal authorities issue it on a case-by-case basis.
